How can I redeem my $100 in Rebate offer?
When you sign up for Electricity, You can redeem $50 in rebate after your first month and another $50 in rebate after your sixth month with Verde Energy.
To receive each $50 rebate, print and complete the rebate form (link to the form is at the bottom of each web page), attach a copy of your most recent monthly bill showing Verde Energy as your electric supply company, and mail both to the address on the rebate form. The customer must submit the first coupon within 6 months of receiving your first bill after enrollment; the customer must submit the second coupon within 6 months after completing six billing cycles with Verde Energy. The customer must have an active account with Verde Energy in order to be eligible. Limit $100 in rebate per customer. Allow 4-6 weeks for processing. Prepaid cards will be mailed to the account holder of record. Municipal aggregation customers are not eligible for a rebate bonus.

How will I be billed?
You will be billed exactly as you always have been with one bill for electricity each month from your local utility company with only one prepaid card to write (which will continue to be made out to your utility company). You will see Verde Energy listed on your bill as your electricity supplier and our green electric rates will be used in your billing.
Will my electrical service be interrupted during the transition to Verde Energy USA?
No, your electricity service will not be interrupted and will continue to be delivered by your local utility company.
Will my local utility company continue to service my account?
Yes. Although you will see Verde Energy listed on your bill as your electricity supplier, your local utility company will continue to fully handle your account. Your local utility will continue to read your meter and make any necessary repairs. You will still call your utility company for all your servicing needs.
Who do I call if my power goes out?
You should call your local utility company if your power goes out or you have any other service issues. For your reference, you can locate the toll-free number for your local utility company on your monthly bill.
What happens if I move my home or business?
If you move your home or business within the state or to another state serviced by Verde Energy, we can continue to provide your electricity at our green rate. Please contact us at service@verdeenergy.com and we will help you manage your account during the move.
How can I become a customer of Verde Energy?
Selecting Verde Energy for the electric supply portion of your service is easy. You simply need to provide your address information and some basic customer information from your monthly utility bill. You will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment and your service will begin once your utility accepts your enrollment. Go to our Enrollment page.
Does it cost anything to switch to Verde Energy and do I have to commit to staying with Verde?
There is no cost to select Verde Energy as your electricity supplier, and you can cancel your service with Verde at any time and with no cancellation fee. Selecting Verde Energy is an easy, almost effortless way to switch to long-term fixed electric rates and make a commitment to green energy.
Can I change my electrical supplier again at a later date?
Yes. You always have the right to choose another electrical supplier in the future. We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality service and are confident that you will stay with us as a customer for the long-term. If you want to stop receiving power from Verde Energy all you have to do is contact our customer service team at service@verdeenergy.com or call us at 800-388-3862. There is no cancellation fee.
Does Verde Energy utilize renewable energy sources?
Yes. All Verde offers to meet or exceed the renewable energy requirements of each state. Verde purchases Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to offset 100% of our customers’ electric consumption. RECs are created when electricity is generated by renewable energy sources such as solar, wind, hydro and biomass power.
