As part of the transition from Verde Energy to Spark Energy, we would like to inform you of the changes moving forward as Spark Energy customers 


We have redirected to The site helps you with MyAccount login, renewing your services, RAF, Blogs as tips for your smart energy usage etc. Some of these features might be new but throughout the Spark website, you will find ‘how to’ pages explaining the features and also FAQs.


Please go to  to create your new Spark Energy account using your Account Number and email address( please refer your welcome letter for the Account Number). In your MyAccount you can do the following:

  • Make one-time payments
  • Schedule future payments
  • Enroll, update, and cancel Auto Pay
  • Save your payment information for future use
  • Participate in our Refer-a-Friend program

Set up AutoPay

If you previously had AutoPay through Verde Energy, please note that for your protection your Verde Energy Autopay will be canceled after your final bill with Verde Energy has drafted. Don’t worry; reestablishing your AutoPay with Spark Energy is as simple as logging into your MyAccount and following these 3 easy steps:

  1. Under Quick Links, select Setup Auto Pay
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Select the Auto-Pay tab to enroll

Bank online Bill Pay:

If you have established online bill pay through your bank, you will need to update:

  1. The Payee Name from Verde Energy to Spark Energy;
  2. Enter your Spark energy account number
  3. Change the new PO Box address to:
    Spark Energy, LLC
    P.O. Box 3015
    Houston, TX 77253

NOTE: If you establish AutoPay after your invoice is generated, you will need to make a one-time payment as it will not automatically draft and satisfy the balance due. Also, you will receive a final bill from Verde Energy that will reflect your energy charges with Verde Energy through your transition date.


Take advantage of our new and easier way to refer friends. Simply log into your MyAccount and either invite friends and family to sign-up or send them your personal Refer-a-Friend ID. It’s a win-win for both you and your referral will enjoy a $50 bill credit.
